Private Honey Tasting Experiences

Embark on a one-of-a-kind sensory journey with our Honey Tasting Classes, an exclusive experience that brings the world’s most unique and rare honeys to your table. With over 90 varieties of honey to choose from, you'll sample a curated selection of the finest, most exotic honeys from around the globe.

Each honey is handpicked by Wild Harvest Honey Farm’s founder, who has traveled far and wide to remote farms across continents, sourcing from beekeepers who don’t offer shipping. This means many of the honeys you’ll taste are unavailable anywhere else in the world. From delicate floral notes to bold, earthy flavors, these honeys capture the essence of their native regions in every drop.

During the class, you'll learn about the bees, the unique plants that influence each honey’s flavor profile, and the fascinating stories behind these rare finds. Whether you're a honey connoisseur or new to the world of artisanal honeys, our tasting classes offer an unforgettable experience that’s as educational as it is delicious.

Beekeeping has been a part of our family for over 100 years. Our goal here is to education the importance of bees for our survival.

Did you know one in every three bites of food depends on bees for pollination? That is why we have made it our mission to help our community repopulate and save the bees. Nearly one-third of all honeybees in the United States have died in the last few years. Scientists don’t know the exact cause, but a growing body of independent science links a class of pesticides to widespread bee die-offs, both alone and in combination with other factors like disease and malnutrition.

A wise man I once knew had a quote on his desk that read,

“Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, at all the times you can, to all the people you can, as long as you can.”

John Wesley

Here at Wild Harvest we wanted to turn the land we grew up on and has been in our family for 3 generations and worked on by 5 generations into a bee sanctuary.  All the proceeds from our sales will go into furthering education to those who want to learn about bees, help create a sanctuary, and protect the bees.
